 when you use a Discount Code,  or require an Invoice:
 You will receive an Invoice with terms and a due date. You may then
  pay within the terms of the Invoice:

        (b)  Payment by Check:

                (2) Mail the Check or Money Order (with a copy of this form) - to:

When Learning Tree RGV receives Payment,
        (1) We will email your Receipt.

         (2) Your payment reserves a seat in the Class,
         (3) We will then  email to you the link for your required digital Student Materials.
         (4) Please download & review all Student Materials prior to Class.

REFUND POLICY
        (1) Refund or Class Reschedule is available if notice is received 3 days prior to class .
        (2) Non-Payment, No-Show or Late-Notice = NO Refund and must pay $25 fee to                     Reschedule.
